- Develop monetization strategy in Korea by partnering with key stakeholders across predominantly sales/commercial functions.

- Conduct market research and provide insights to the business team.
- Min 3 years experience working for internet companies, experience in digital advertising would be preferred.
- Deep understanding of ads industry with demonstrable analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Fast learner, highly entrepreneurial with a good sense of judgment and original thinking.
- Fluency in Mandarin and Korean would be a distinct advantage.
