• Responsible for the business development and relationship management for Visa clients, assigned accounts or developed accounts
– Increase revenue from existing accounts and create new Visa business opportunities
– Increase the client engagement survey score
– Working closely with other Visa functional teams and understand Visa products and marketing assets to create new business opportunities
– Support senior sales staff on their areas of responsibility

• Provide effective and efficient business support services to the Korean Sales Team, including the following key role areas
– Monitor and report all aspects client sales related performance (Revenue, PV, MSV etc.), including the management of the quarterly client deal notification process to ensure the sales team can develop effective preemptive remedial plans where needed.
– Manage internal Sales MIS reporting processes and requirements such as PlayBook, Bi-weekly Pipeline reports, ad-hoc client performance reports used by Management to run the sales team effectively
– Support Korea Head of Sales for development of internal and external reports on any Visa activities and for planning and hosting Visa events


• Manage business relationships with existing clients to ensure that Visa is the association of choice and deriving a larger part of their business for Visa
• Identifying potential new clients to launch Visa products and programs. Manage these accounts from the initial pitch to their public launch
• Co-ordinate Visa’s support and services across various functional areas ie Client services, brand / marketing, acceptance, risk and product management groups to deliver added value to client banks
• Assist Head of Sales to manage/control/track the overall Client Incentive budgeting process in partnership with the country/regional finance team
• Track/analyze client performance as well as deal performance based on client’s contractual and Quarterly Operation certificate obligation and report to Head of Sales and BDM’s any action and/or follow-ups item based on initial analysis
• Ensure all internal MIS reporting requirement deadlines as met in a timely manner and that the information provided is relevant, accurate and well presented.

Must Have

• Bachelor degree preferably in Business Management
• Minimum 3 years of relevant industry sales experience and a total of 4 years of working experience post undergraduate degree

• Good understanding of Visa business process
• Good understanding of overall card industry (including domestic infrastructure and macro economy), product and card business operations
• Good interpersonal relationship is a must
• Bilingual in English and Korean
